What’s the difference between coaching and counselling?
Coaching is for people who have a high level of wholeness and are ready, willing, and able to work towards a specific goal. It is not for healing, trauma, or addiction.
How long does the coaching relationship last?
The length of our relationship is determined by you and the support you need to achieve your goal.
✓ A commitment of 12-weeks is required for personal training.
What if I need support outside of our 1-on-1?
I provide daily support Monday-Friday through our fitness app. You can contact me via text, video, or voice note.
What if I’m under 40?
I offer coaching to women over 30 who are 100% committed to training 2 x week and walking every day.
Do I need fitness experience?
No! My mission is to make your experience comfortable, enjoyable, and rewarding no matter where you’re starting from.
Will I need fitness equipment?
You don’t need fitness equipment to get started. As you progress, we’ll source what you need to achieve your goal.
What if I have special needs?
I coach women living with obesity, limited mobility, and chronic pain. I promise to show you empathy, patience, and ask the right questions so I can truly understand what you need to be successful. If I’m not the best person to help you, I’ll happily refer you to another professional.
Will I be following a meal plan?
I don’t believe in telling my clients exactly what and when to eat. We’ll co-create a sustainable nutrition strategy that gets you the results you want and nurtures your mental, physical, and emotional well-being. No more diets!
