DISC is a simple yet powerful personality assessment based on the Model of Human Behaviour. It helps you understand how you're naturally wired—your strengths, motivators, communication style, and patterns under stress.
DISC stands for:
Dominance: How you handle problems and challenges
Influence: How you interact with people
Steadiness: How you respond to pace and consistency
Conscientiousness: How you approach rules, systems, and structure

How do I know which program is right for me?
If you're feeling stuck and want to understand how to stay consistent, Motivation Mapping is the best place to start. It’s a single-session deep dive into your DISC Personality Profile — perfect for building self-awareness and creating a foundation for change.
If you already know you need structure and support to follow through, Accountability Coaching is for you. We’ll meet weekly to keep you on track and build personalized routines that match your personality, schedule, and goals.
If you struggle to work out on your own and want real-time guidance, Strength Training is your best fit. These weekly sessions combine expert coaching, personalized workouts, and accountability to help you stay consistent and build strength with confidence.

Do I need to be fit or motivated to start?
Not at all. You just need to be ready for change!

Will I be working out?
If fitness is part of your goal, I’ll design a simple, personalized program for you to follow—built around when and how it’s easiest for you to be consistent.

Will I be following a meal plan?
Nope!
Meal plans might work short-term, but they rarely teach you how to eat in real life. Instead, we focus on balanced habits, realistic choices, and sustainable nutrition strategies that you can stick with.
How long will we work together?
There’s a 12-week minimum commitment because real change takes time — and you deserve a chance to build momentum. After that, your journey is fully personalized. Some clients continue for a season, others for a full year or more. We’ll find the rhythm that works best for you.
