FAQs
What is DISC Personality Assessment?
DISC is a simple tool that helps you understand how you’re naturally wired — your strengths, motivators, communication style, and what might trip you up under stress.
It looks at four core styles:
Dominance: how you handle challenges
Influence: how you connect with people
Steadiness: how you respond to pace and consistency
Cautiousness: how you approach rules and structure
✓ At the start of our work together, you’ll complete your own DISC assessment. These insights shape your coaching experience so it feels natural, fits your style, and makes it easier to build habits that last.
What’s special about coaching women over 40?
As women move through their 40s, 50s, 60s, and beyond, your body, brain, and priorities naturally shift. What worked in your 20s or 30s doesn’t typically work now.
Together, we’ll create a plan that evolves with you so you feel strong, confident, and capable at every age!
Do I need to be fit or motivated to start?
Not at all. You just need to be ready for change.
We’ll start where you are, keep things realistic, and build from there — with kindness, structure, and support.
Will I be working out?
If fitness is part of your goal, I’ll design a simple, personalized program for you — built around when and how it’s easiest for you to be consistent.
No gym required. No pressure. Just realistic movement that supports your lifestyle and helps you feel strong from the inside out.
Will I be following a meal plan?
Nope!
Meal plans might work short-term, but they rarely teach you how to eat in real life. Instead, we focus on balanced habits, realistic choices, and sustainable nutrition strategies you can stick with.
How long will we work together?
There’s a 6-month minimum commitment because real change takes time, and you deserve a chance to build momentum.
After that, your journey is fully personalized. Some clients continue for a season, others for a full year or more. We’ll find the rhythm that works best for you.
Why 6 months?
Consistency isn’t built overnight. Six months gives you time to practice, adjust, and repeat your habits until they become part of who you are.
Think of it as training your lifestyle muscles — so showing up feels easier and your confidence grows with every step!
