Hi. I’m Holly!

I’m a certified personal trainer and accountability coach. Over the last 10 years I’ve worked with hundreds of amazing women to build better habits. Through my easy-to-follow program, you can expect to improve your mental and physical health, strength, stamina, body image, and quality of life. We’ll work together through my unique 3 Step System and embark on an actionable, sustainable path towards your health and fitness goals.

Like most women, I’ve experienced the full spectrum of diet culture and have gone to extremes to fit in with our unattainable standards of beauty. After many years and a lot of hard work, I’ve found my version of healthy living and trust myself to make the best decisions for my body. Let me show you how to find joy in exercise, freedom with food, and love for your body. I’d be honoured to be your coach and cheerleader as you learn to let go of what’s keeping you stuck and be the woman you are meant to be!
