Do I need to be motivated to start?
Not at all.
Motivation is fleeting, which is why we build structure instead of relying on willpower.
You just need to be open and ready to try something different. We’ll start where you are, keep things realistic, and build small wins that add up to real momentum.
Will I be following a meal plan?
No.
Strict meal plans rarely fit real life and usually lead to guilt when they fall apart.
Instead, we use practical nutrition habits that support your energy, hormones, and goals, without extremes or restriction.
Will I need fitness equipment?
Just the basics.
A set of dumbbells, resistance bands, and a mat is enough to get started.
If you don’t have equipment yet, I’ll help you choose simple, budget-friendly items that fit your space. No fancy home gym required.
Where will I work out?
Wherever you feel the most comfortable and are able to focus. Most of my client create a small, designated space in their living room, bedroom, office, or basement.
How long will we work together?
We’ll begin with a 12-week commitment, giving you time to build confidence, see progress, and create a strong foundation for change.
From there, many clients continue seasonally or stay on long-term. The goal is to help you build a lifestyle that feels sustainable, not temporary.
